BIRCHFEILD COMM YD SALE

Sigh... I really do wonder why I pay $149 (and soon $169) a month for my association.

Today's the annual yard sale. Like last year, the turnout was dismal and the selection really bad. I did see a potential glass bowl, but with little money on hand and little need for it, I didn't buy it.

The most interesting part came this morning when I was taking my goggies to the park. I saw that the signs they put up on Friday did indeed read as I expected. You can see the image attached as well, but the text on the sign clearly states

I mean seriously guys. What's the rule we learned in the first grade? I BEFORE E EXCEPT AFTER C.

I plan on calling the office on Monday to see who exactly wrote the sign. These are littered throughout the development, the one I took a picture of was at the front entrance.
